As the dust has finally settled from a great 26th summer of hockey instruction in 33 locations, The Sport International Hockey Academy would like to announce that we will be returning for an exciting Winter Clinic Tour, visiting 11 cities in December. The following is our Winter Clinic dates, times and location;
2015 WINTER CLINIC INFORMATION
Oaks, PA
Arena: Oaks Center Ice
Dates: December 26 – 27
Times: (26th) 5:45 – 7:15 PM & (27th) 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Cost: $85.00 (Returning Student & Multiple Family Discounts are available) – $30.00 for Goalies (no discounts available).

We will be mailing our Clinic Brochure to our 2015 students in the next two weeks and our host arena should have our brochures and posters displayed within the next 3 weeks.
SIHA WINTER CLINIC FORMAT: We will be offering a two-day (3 hour)
Instructional Clinic – For ages 6 – 14 yrs. – all players are grouped by age and ability.
POWER SKATING:
FORWARD STRIDE (leg extension, knee bend & toe snap)
BACKWARDS SKATING (body posture, knee bend & head positioning)
PUCKHANDLING:
PASSING & SHOOTING (accuracy & quickness)
1 on 1 TECHNIQUES (offensive & defensive moves)
GOALTENDING:
STANCE, ANGLES & MOVEMENT (positioning in the net)
THE PAD SAVE (butterfly technique & glove positioning)
NOTE: We will also be offering our Individualized DVD Skill Analysis (MP4 Computer Transferable Files) – “Our best guarantee for a quality hockey education” $18.00 DVD Skills To Be Filmed: – Player: Forward Stride, Backwards Skating & Shooting – Goalie: Stance and Angles & The Pad Save
* Also included in our price will be our 2015 Player’s Manual and a free Sher-Wood poster – Our SIHA Souvenir Stand will also be available in each Clinic Location (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Shorts, Hats, etc.)
