Instructional League (I-League)

For those who have never played or have been away from the ice for an extended time, we offer an I-league that begins with 6 weeks of basic instruction followed by 10 weeks of games.

These games are low keyed and intended to be fun. Our goal is to improve a players individual skills and game knowledge which would enable the player to move on to the Center Ice Adult League. This league is for non-men’s league players only.

Training Highlights:

• Skating: Forward and Backward stride, proper use of edges
• Stickhandling: Moves and Fakes
• Shooting: Wrist, backhand, snap and slap shots
• Team Play: Offensive & defensive concepts, positional play

2025 Winter Program Schedule:

• 6 Weeks of Instruction on Monday Nights 1/6/25 through 2/10/25
  • Registration opens 12/1/24 through 1/2/25 while spots remain.
• 10 Weeks of Games on Monday Nights 2/17/25 through 4/21/25
  • Registration opens 12/1/24 through 2/3/25 while spots remain.

2025 Spring / Summer Program Schedule:

• 6 Weeks of Instruction on Monday Nights 4/28/25 through 6/9/25
  • Registration opens 3/21/25 through 4/21/25 while spots remain.
• 10 Weeks of Games on Monday Nights 6/16/25 through 8/18/25
  • Registration opens 3/21/25 through 6/2/25 while spots remain.

2025 Fall Program Schedule:

• 6 Weeks of Instruction on Monday Nights 8/25/25 through 10/6/25
  • Registration opens 7/17/25 through 8/18/25 while spots remain.
• 10 Weeks of Games on Monday Nights 10/13/25 through 12/15/25
  • Registration opens 7/17/25 through 9/30/25 while spots remain.

Information:

• Space is Limited / First Come First Serve
• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Games will have 2 Referees
• (3) 15 minute stop clock periods
• Scorekeepers and Standings

2025 Costs:

• 6 weeks Instructional practices $110 (includes practice jersey)
• 10 weeks of games $320 (includes team jersey and referee fees)
